- Unauthorized access attempts to restricted system areas

- Distribution of harmful content (malware, spam) or harassment of others

9.4 - Liability cap: Our maximum liability for any claims is limited to the total amount successfully withdrawn during the twelve months preceding your claim.

These Terms are subject to and interpreted according to Italian law. By using AZCash, you consent that any disputes or legal proceedings related to these Terms or your use of our platform will be handled exclusively by the courts of Milan, Italy.
